Part-time Receptionist / Director of First Impressions

Ford of Boerne is looking for a friendly, professional, and energetic Receptionist also known as "Director of First Impressions" to join our team.

As the first person many of our customers meet or speak with, this position plays an important role in creating the welcoming, professional experience we expect at Ford of Boerne. We are looking for someone who enjoys helping people, communicates well, and takes pride in representing our dealership.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet every customer promptly with a warm and professional attitude
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate department or team member
• Assist customers with basic questions and connect them with the appropriate Sales, Service, Parts, or Business Office personnel
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception and customer-facing area
• Provide basic administrative and clerical support as needed
• Communicate effectively with all dealership departments
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
• Assist with other administrative and guest-experience responsibilities as assigned

• Basic computer and administrative skills
• Ability to multitask while maintaining a positive attitude
• Previous receptionist, hospitality, administrative, or customer-service experience is preferred, but not required
