About the job In this role, the Phlebotomist uses approved techniques to collect quality biological samples for laboratory testing from all patient populations (pediatric through geriatric); and performs electrocardiograms (EKG's) for cardiology interpretation, all while focusing on the needs of the patient and exemplifying the service excellence goals of care, concern, respect and cooperation. Here’s what you’ll need Required: High School Diploma plus training acquired through work experience or education Less than 1 years of phlebotomy work experience is required Preferred: CPR. American Heart Association (AHA) ONLY.
