Site Engineer

Job Summary AUREOS INFRASTRUCTURE SERVICES LIMITED is seeking a Site Engineer to manage and oversee construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget, while meeting all quality standards. Job Responsibilities Supervise and manage daily site operations, including labor, materials, and equipment. Interpret and implement engineering drawings, specifications, and project documents. Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions. Ensure adherence to all safety regulations, company policies, and quality control procedures. Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports for project stakeholders. Liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and local authorities. Manage site logistics, including material delivery, storage, and waste management. Participate in project planning, scheduling, and cost control activities. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide practical solutions on-site. Maintain accurate site records, including daily diaries, material usage, and labor hours. Job Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Proven experience as a Site Engineer in infrastructure projects. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and relevant safety regulations. Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and specifications. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various project sites as required. Knowledge of local building codes and regulations is an advantage.
