*This is a Part-Time position. Hours are M-F 8 am - 12 pm
Job Summary:The Accounts Receivable Assistant will support our AR Clerk. Duties/Responsibilities:
- Facilitates receipt of payment from customers, which may include reviewing purchase orders, credit memos, invoices, and resolving discrepancies.
- Answer office phone lines.
- Filing
- Other related duties as assigned.
- Must be reliable and extremely trustworthy.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related programs.
- Must be able to learn other accounting software systems.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidential and meticulous records.
- High school diploma required.
- Accounts Receivable experience (preferred)
- SAGE software experience (preferred)
