Advance Onboarding Solutions is seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Technician to join our team. The Service Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. This role requires strong technical abilities, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication to effectively address service needs and provide timely solutions. Advance Onboarding Solutions offers a collaborative work environment with opportunities for professional growth and skill development.
Responsibilities- Install, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical equipment and systems.
- Perform regular maintenance to prevent equipment failures and downtime.
- Respond promptly to service calls and customer inquiries.
- Diagnose issues accurately and provide effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of service work, parts used, and customer interactions.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members and management to improve service processes and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Service Technician or in a related technical role.
- Journeyman Electrician License
- Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to company policies.
Benefits
