Job Title: Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician Location: Chicago, IL Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience Additional bonus provided for OB deliveries

Qualifications: MD or DO in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Board Certified or Board Eligible (must obtain certification within 1 year of start date) Active Illinois medical license or ability to obtain before start Experience collaborating with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) preferred Experience or exposure to OB/GYN is a plus but not required Bilingual in English/Spanish or English/Polish is a plus

Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality patient care in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, including obstetric services Collaborate with physicians and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) to coordinate comprehensive care Participate in residency precepting and/or inpatient service (optional; may reduce patient care sessions) Manage patient encounters using EMR and complete documentation within 72 business hours Participate in after-hours, weekend, and OB call rotation Support and meet quality care metrics (e.g., cancer screenings, chronic disease management) Contribute to a patient-centered and culturally sensitive care environment

Schedule Highlights: 8 standard clinic sessions per week 1 administrative session per week 1 OB hospital delivery session per week 1 evening clinic per week (approximately 11:30 AM 8:00 PM) 1 Saturday per month (9:00 AM 2:00 PM) OB call rotation at hospital (24-hour shifts, approximately 35 times per month)
