About the Position

We are seeking an Anesthesiologist to in Marion, Illinois provide office-based pediatric dental anesthesia for healthy children undergoing routine dental procedures. This role offers a consistent, predictable schedule in a streamlined, well-supported environment where your workday ends when cases conclude, and your evenings are truly your own.

• No call, no weekends, no holidays!
• 3 procedure days per week
  (around $425k)
• 8–10 cases per day
• One site only — no travel between locations
• Office-based pediatric dental anesthesia exclusively
• Healthy pediatric patients; routine, low-acuity cases
• Efficient workflows with excellent safety outcomes
• Pediatric-focused, high-quality clinical environment
• True clinical autonomy
• Start to round 730-8am and are done by 4
• Turnkey operations: staffing, equipment, medications, and logistics fully managed
