Clinic Manager – The Joint ChiropracticSalary: $45,000 per year + Bonuses & Incentives The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a motivated and results-driven Clinic Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales performance, and deliver an exceptional patient experience. This is a great opportunity for a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.Key Responsibilities:Support and oversee operations across 10 clinic locations within the Atlanta area. Lead, coach, and develop front desk and wellness staff Drive sales, memberships, and patient retention Monitor performance metrics and achieve business goals Ensure excellent customer service and patient satisfaction Maintain operational standards and compliance Travel between clinics as needed to provide leadership and operational support Full-time position – clinics are open 7 days a week, and work schedules may vary based on business needsQualifications:Leadership or management experience (healthcare, retail, or service industry preferred) Strong sales and customer service background Excellent communication and team-building skills Results-oriented with strong organizational abilitiesCompetitive salary: $45,000/year Performance bonuses and incentives Career growth opportunities within a growing organization Positive, team-oriented work environment Join The Joint Chiropractic and be part of a team dedicated to improving lives through quality chiropractic care.
