Practice Details:

• Flexible schedule, typically Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with hour lunch.
• Large behavioral health team with 5 psychologists both adult and pediatric, 2 psychiatric clinicians 1 MD and 1 PHMNP.
• Possible outreach 1-2 days per week.
• Multispecialty group practice including Family Practice, Internal Medicine, Ob/Gyn, Surgery, Podiatry, Urology, Optometry, Dermatology, Behavioral Health, Audiology and PT/OT services.
• Service region of 55,000.
• Outreach specialties available.

Compensation Package:

Sanford Health offers a nationally competitive compensation plan with an additional physician benefits package including a health, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, CME allowance, allowed time away, malpractice insurance and tail coverage, and a relocation allowance. Annual compensation floor range (based on 1.0 FTE): $122,286 - $158,253 plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs. Additional incentives may be offered. Actual compensation offers may vary and are determined based on multiple factors including education, training, certification, experience, scope of practice and actual job requirements.
