Recruiter Job Details:
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $22.00 - $25.00 an hour based on experience

Recruiter Job Description:

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of positions
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from initial contact through placement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
• Conduct onboarding, orientations, and ensure compliance with hiring processes
• Maintain accurate candidate records in internal systems
• Coordinate interviews, job offers, and start dates
• Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and provide staffing solutions
• Utilize job boards, social media, and networking to attract top talent

Recruiter Job Requirements:

• Prior recruiting, staffing, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bilingual in both English and Spanish a plus, but not required
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and team-oriented attitude
