What You'll Do as a Press Assistant: Assist operator with setting up and preparing digital press equipment for daily production runs Assist to operate digital press machines to produce printed materials on various substrates Monitor print quality throughout production and make adjustments when needed Perform routine cleaning, preventative maintenance, and minor troubleshooting on equipment Work closely with internal teams to ensure artwork and print files meet production requirements Maintain a safe and organized work area while following company safety procedures Skills and Experience 1+ years of recent machine operating or similar press operating experience Strong computer skills with experience managing print-ready files Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines Reliable attendance and ability to follow written and verbal instructions High School Diploma or GED required We don't hire temps, we hire TEAMMATES!
