A contract opportunity for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) is available for the 2026-2027 academic year, covering a maternity leave from October through December. Located near Rogers, AR, this position focuses on supporting a diverse caseload of 36 students, offering a dynamic and meaningful setting to apply your expertise.

Desired Experience and Skills:

• Active state licensure as an SLP or SLPA (or in process)
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting highly preferred
• Strong assessment, intervention, and progress-monitoring abilities
• Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals
• Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and indirect speech and language therapy to students as outlined in IEPs
• Assess students’ communication abilities and develop appropriate goals and treatment plans
• Maintain detailed, timely therapy notes and progress records
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school teams to support student success
• Provide input for IEP meetings and contribute to team decision-making
• Create a supportive and engaging environment to facilitate student growth
