Laborer Details:

Temp-to-Hire position
$16.00 / hour
Full Time work available
First Shift

- 1st Shift1st shift - Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Overtime may be required based on business needs
Operate and monitor assigned machinery according to established procedures and production schedules.
Perform regular visual inspections of products
Accurately calculate measurements using tape measure and other measuring devices.
Report any operational deviations, equipment problems, or quality concerns promptly to supervision.
Assist with other production-related duties as needed to support overall plant operations.

Laborer Qualifications:

Ability to stand and walk consistently for the entire shift.
Capable of working in a manufacturing or construction environment, which may include varying temperatures, noise levels, and exposure to dust/fumes.
Minimum 6 months in a manufacturing or construction environment.
Prior experience working with a tape measure preferred.
