Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced ER RN for a travel assignment in Rochester, NY. This role requires working within a fast-paced Emergency Department environment, providing critical care to patients with varying levels of acuity. Key Responsibilities of the ER RN

• Provide general emergency care to combined adult and pediatric populations
• Interpret and manage dysrhythmias
• Administer emergency medications and blood products
• Manage patients with multisystem organ dysfunction/failure
• Perform phlebotomy and start IVs
• Administer continuous IV paralytics and sedation
• Manage central lines and IV vasopressors
• Follow isolation precautions
• Participate in procedural sedation administration

Requirements of the ER RN

• 1 year of experience in Emergency Department
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS certifications
• Proficiency with phlebotomy and IV placement
• Experience with Epic charting system is preferred
