"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) – Cath Lab / Interventional Radiology (IR) to join a high-performing cardiovascular and procedural services team in Rochester, NY. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in both Cardiac Catheterization Lab and Interventional Radiology , providing comprehensive patient care before, during, and after diagnostic and interventional procedures. This role requires strong critical care skills, procedural sedation experience, IV insertion, phlebotomy competency, and proficiency in EPIC documentation.

Schedule:

• 4 x 10-Hour Day Shifts

• 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM

• Average 8–10 Call Shifts Per Month

• Includes 1–2 Weekends On-Call Per Month

• Provide nursing care for patients undergoing cardiac catheterization and interventional radiology procedures.

• Assist with diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures.

• Monitor and manage patients receiving procedural sedation.

• Perform IV insertion and phlebotomy as required.

• Administer cardiac medications and emergency medications.

• Monitor cardiac rhythms and manage dysrhythmias.

• Assist with angioplasty, PCI, stent placements, pacemaker procedures, and catheter-based interventions.

• Support IR procedures including biopsies, drain placements, embolizations, nephrostomy procedures, and vascular interventions.

• Maintain accurate patient documentation using EPIC.

• Follow infection prevention and patient safety protocols.

• Participate in on-call rotation and emergency procedures.

• Active RN License

• Minimum 2 Years of Cath Lab Experience

• Experience in both Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology required

• First-Time Travelers Accepted

• ACLS Certification

• BLS Certification

• EPIC Experience Required

• Strong IV Insertion and Phlebotomy Skills

• Interventional Cardiac Catheterization

• Diagnostic and Left/Right Heart Catheterizations

• Cardiac Stent Placement

• PCI Procedures

• Impella and IABP Management

• Pulmonary Artery Line Monitoring

• Procedural Sedation Administration and Monitoring

• Angioplasty Procedures

• Central Line and PICC Placement

• Endovascular Interventions

• IR Procedures including Biopsy, Embolization, Drain Placement, and Vascular Access Procedures
