Janitor/Painter

Our client, an industry leader in facility maintenance and industrial services, is seeking a dedicated Janitor/Painter to join their team. As a Janitor/Painter, you will be an essential part of the operations team, supporting the cleanliness and aesthetic upkeep of industrial spaces. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Janitor/Painter

Location: Marion, IN

Pay Range: $15

Shift: Monday through Friday, 7am-3pm

What's the Job?

• Perform industrial cleaning tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment
• Apply paint and coatings to various surfaces as needed
• Assist with minor repairs and maintenance activities
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow

What's Needed?

• Must pass a background check and drug test
• Ability to work in an industrial environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable and punctual work ethic
• Previous experience in cleaning or painting is a plus but not required
