Client Service Associate

Job Description

IGL 4 US is seeking a Client Service Associate to join our Cincinnati team.

In this role, you will support clients throughout their experience with the company, answer questions, provide information, assist with service-related requests, and help ensure every interaction is handled professionally and efficiently.

This position is ideal for someone who is organized, approachable, solution-oriented, and interested in building valuable communication and client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with questions, requests, and general service needs
• Provide accurate and professional information regarding company services
• Maintain clear and friendly communication with clients
• Help resolve concerns and identify appropriate solutions
• Maintain organized client information and service records
• Coordinate with team members to ensure client needs are addressed efficiently
• Follow up with clients when necessary
• Support daily client service and administrative operations
• Contribute to maintaining a positive and professional client experience
• Develop strong knowledge of company services and internal processes
