Industrial Maintenance Technician

Stillwater, OK | $30/hour | Multiple Shifts Available

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, and automated manufacturing equipment
• Work with PLCs, VFDs, motors, sensors, relays, and control systems
• Perform preventive, predictive, and routine maintenance to minimize downtime
• Repair and maintain industrial motors, conveyors, pumps, and production machinery
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams
• Safely troubleshoot and work on high-voltage electrical systems
• Assist with hydraulic and pneumatic system maintenance and repairs
• Identify equipment issues and recommend solutions to improve reliability and performance
• Collaborate with operations and production teams to support manufacturing goals

What We're Looking For

• Previous industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with PLC-controlled equipment and automated systems preferred
• Ability to safely work around high-voltage equipment and follow lockout/tagout procedures
• Experience repairing motors, conveyors, and industrial machinery
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
• Proficiency using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Stillwater, OK.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
