As a Baker at Ggiata Commissary, you'll help create the high-quality baked goods our guests love. In this role, you will:
- Prepare and bake a variety of products following established recipes and procedures.
- Ensure consistency, quality, and attention to detail in every batch.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
- Work closely with the team to meet daily production and quality goals.
We’re seeking a dedicated and skilled baker who meets the following qualifications:
- Experience: At least 2 years of professional baking experience.
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 8-10 hours at a time.
- Skills: A solid understanding of basic pastry and baking techniques.
- Language: Fluent in English (both spoken and written). Spanish-speaking skills are a plus but not required.
- Work Ethic: A team player with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
