What You'll Be Doing

As a Baker at Ggiata Commissary, you'll help create the high-quality baked goods our guests love. In this role, you will:

• Prepare and bake a variety of products following established recipes and procedures.
• Ensure consistency, quality, and attention to detail in every batch.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Work closely with the team to meet daily production and quality goals.

What We're Looking For

We’re seeking a dedicated and skilled baker who meets the following qualifications:

• Experience: At least 2 years of professional baking experience.
• Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 8-10 hours at a time.
• Skills: A solid understanding of basic pastry and baking techniques.
• Language: Fluent in English (both spoken and written). Spanish-speaking skills are a plus but not required.
• Work Ethic: A team player with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
