RN – Stepdown / Med-Surg
Location: Morgantown, WV

Pay Breakdown

• Gross Weekly: Up to $2,663
• W-2 Pay: $38/hour
• OT Pay: $80/hour
• Weekly Stipend: $1,295
• Travel Allowance: $500

Assignment Details

• 36 hours/week
• 3x12 Night Shifts (7:00 PM–7:00 AM)
• Tentative Start: August 31, 2026
• No Call
• EMR: Epic

Unit Information

• 24-bed Stepdown Unit
• RN Ratios:
  • Stepdown: 1:3
  • Med-Surg: 1:6
• Level I Trauma Center
• Patient Population: Trauma and General Med/Surg

Additional Stepdown/Med-Surg opportunities are also available in Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, and West Virginia, with pay packages up to $3,700/week for 4x12 night shifts.
