Quantity Surveyor (BBBH25829A) Bristol, England Salary: GBP 65,000 - 75,000 per annum + Car Allowance + Hybrid + Mon – Fri Quantity Surveyor £65,000 - £75,000 + Car Allowance + Hybrid + Mon – Fri + Company Benefits Bristol Are you a Quantity Surveyor or similar with a background in Construction, looking to join a specialist roofing/cladding company that offers the opportunity to work on an array of lucrative projects, a company bonus and a car allowance to significantly boost your earnings? We offer an autonomous role in a company that provides roofing and cladding solutions to a range of blue‑chip clients across the South West and has recently secured a contract that will deliver substantial work over the next five years. In this role you will oversee and monitor all costings for projects, ensure payment applications are sound, complete valuations, review contracts and warranties, identify risks, prepare project cash flow and source and manage procurement of contractors. This role suits a Quantity Surveyor or similar with a construction background who values autonomy, team leadership, company bonuses and a car allowance.
