Associate Campus Director, Career Services

You will make an impact by: Representing West Coast University’s brand professionally within the healthcare community to articulate the programs that we offer to students and graduates Planning, coordinating and promoting the logistics of recruiting events, including employer information sessions, employer campus visits, hiring events, virtual and onsite employer panels, and job interview schedules. Collaborating with the Director of Career Services to develop comprehensive employer outreach and marketing plan. Researching and evaluating trends and factors affecting prospective employment and recommend strategies to increase employment outcomes. Your Experience Includes: 3-5 years of Career Services or business development experience Proven track record of developing new employer partnerships. Must be able to travel 60% of the time Strong PowerPoint, Canva, graphic design skills, and familiarity with social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. Education: Bachelor’s degree required. CA Salary Range USD $70,153.30 - USD $101,733.10 /Yr.
