Position: Fusion Analyst (TS/SCI with CI Poly Required) Location: Aurora, CO Job Id: TARN-FIS3-001 # of Openings: 1 Position: Fusion Analyst Location: Aurora, CO Clearance: TS/SCI with CI Poly Evaluate AI-Enabled Capabilities Against Mission and Operational Requirements DeNOVO Solutions is seeking an analyst to serve as the senior mission and technical analyst responsible for evaluating AI-enabled capabilities against mission objectives, operational requirements, user needs, and Government-defined performance expectations. This role leads technical assessments, RF waveform and operational data analyses, AI/ML model performance evaluations, and verification and validation activities to determine whether developed capabilities provide accurate, traceable, and operationally relevant results. The analyst will translate complex mission needs into actionable technical requirements, use cases, test criteria, and recommendations that guide data science, engineering, integration, and software development activities throughout the ASP-B development lifecycle. Why You’ll Love This Role Serve as a senior mission and technical analyst supporting AI-enabled capability evaluation Evaluate developed capabilities against mission objectives, operational requirements, user needs, and Government-defined performance expectations Lead technical assessments, RF waveform analysis, operational data analysis, AI/ML model performance evaluations, and verification and validation activities Translate complex mission needs into actionable technical requirements, use cases, test criteria, and recommendations Support design reviews, demonstrations, customer technical exchanges, and operational transition activities Serve as a trusted advisor to Government stakeholders throughout the ASP-B development lifecycle Mentor junior analysts while supporting mission and technical analysis efforts A Day in the Life Lead mission and technical analysis activities Analyze RF waveform characteristics, sensor outputs, and operational data Evaluate AI/ML model performance and operational effectiveness Lead verification and validation, operational testing, and user acceptance activities Develop performance metrics and technical reports Translate complex mission needs into actionable technical requirements, use cases, test criteria, and recommendations Support AI model validation and integration testing Develop documentation and test reports Support design reviews, demonstrations, customer technical exchanges, and customer engagements Support customer demonstrations and issue resolution Assist engineering teams throughout development and testing Provide senior-level support to operational transition activities Mentor junior analysts What you Bring to the Table Senior-level mission and technical analysis experience within the Fusion, Proforma, and COMINT specialties. Experience evaluating AI-enabled capabilities against mission objectives, operational requirements, user needs, and Government-defined performance expectations Experience conducting technical assessments and operational data analysis Experience analyzing RF waveform characteristics, sensor outputs, and operational data Experience evaluating AI/ML model performance and operational effectiveness Experience leading verification and validation, operational testing, and user acceptance activities Experience developing performance metrics, technical reports, documentation, and test reports Ability to translate complex mission needs into actionable technical requirements, use cases, test criteria, and recommendations Ability to guide data science, engineering, integration, and software development activities through mission and technical analysis Experience supporting design reviews, demonstrations, customer technical exchanges, customer engagements, and operational transition activities Ability to serve as a trusted advisor to Government stakeholders Ability to mentor junior analysts What You Need Experience: Ten (10) years of related professional experience supporting programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity. Clearance: Active TS/SCI with CI Poly Required Salary Range :$155,000.00 - $165,000.00(Commensurate with experience) Note: The above salary range is a guideline and represents a broad spectrum of potential compensation. We recognize that a candidate's unique experience and qualifications may justify compensation beyond this range.
