We are currently looking for the right Retail Store Manager to join our team! The Retail Store Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store, promoting a positive and productive environment with adherence to company policies and procedures. The Store Manager sets the tone for a customer-centric environment by leading by example and promoting our company values.

The Retail Store Manager will earn between $25.00 to $29.00 per hour, in addition to a lucrative monthly bonus contributing to a major portion of the total yearly income.

General duties and responsibilities include facilitating a customer-centric environment, providing exceptional leadership, recruiting top talent, performing management-level opening and closing procedures, ensuring asset protection, administering processes and procedures, and remaining up to date on product knowledge.

Minimum qualifications include regular attendance and punctuality, a high school diploma or GED, minimum 18 years of age (21 in Washington), a valid driver's license, demonstrated ability to supervise others, previous people management experience, entrepreneurial spirit, strong desire to work, serve customers, and work with people; team oriented, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, cash handling experience, high energy sales personality, detailed oriented with strong organizational skills, solid written and verbal communication skills, analytical skills, ability to work independently with minimal supervision, excellent work ethic and strong business sense, computer literate and able to use common office machines, and ability to become certified to work with firearms, as well as become a listed Responsible Person for a Federal Firearms License with the ATF, as needed.

Work location is primarily indoors, with occasional outdoor assistance in parking lots or retrieval of products from exterior storage buildings. Work postures/requirements include standing/walking, sitting, bending, reaching, walking, climbing, and kneeling. Physical demands include lifting and carrying items weighing up to 50 pounds, occasionally up to 70 pounds, and occasional use of jeweler's tools and other power tools.
