Travel Patient Care Tech (PCT) - Radiology Aide (Nights)

Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced Patient Care Tech (PCT) - Radiology Aide for a 13-week travel assignment in Pittsfield, MA.

Contract Details

• Nights 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM 8hr Nights Monday-Friday 40hr gt

• Hourly Pay: $ 22.00
  
• Non-taxed Stipend: $ 504.00
  
• Weekly Total Pay: $ 1164.00
  
• GE HDXT 16.0 and 23.0
  
• Ratio: Approximately 9 patients/shift
  
• Traveler Policy: WILL NOT CONSIDER ANY TRAVELER WHO RESIDES WITHIN 50 MILES OF FACILITY. To avoid delays in processing, please include perm address at profile upload.
  

** THIS NEED IS FOR AN AIDE IN THE RADIOLOGY DEPT/MRI.

** BLOCK SCHEDULING WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS NEED. 10/12HR SHIFTS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS NEED.

** Will always work with another Tech Aide or another MRI Tech/Traveler will never work solo After midnight the department is covered by call.

** Any/All RTO must be included in profile. ALL SCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION. Facility will NOT approve scheduling requests at/after time of offer. Please obtain this information prior to submittal. Requests after offer may lead to rescinded offer

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist radiologic technologists in preparing and positioning patients for imaging procedures
  
• Ensure patient comfort and safety during imaging processes
  
• Maintain and organize radiology equipment and supplies
  
• Assist with clerical tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing patient records
  
• Transport patients to and from radiology departments safely
  
• Prepare exam rooms and clean equipment before and after use
  
• Perform basic patient care tasks such as assisting with dressing or undressing
  
• Follow all safety and infection control protocols
  
• Assist in the preparation and administration of contrast media under supervision
  
• Maintain clear communication with medical staff and patients
  

Compensation:

• Weekly Pay (hourly) + Non-taxed Stipend (if eligible)
  
• Pay package details provided upon offer
  

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have 2 Years CURRENT MRI experience is required
  
• GE Equipment experience is required
  
• Meditech Expanse experience is strongly preferred
  
• Must be willing to work weekends and evenings
  
• Must be willing to take call as needed
  
• Traveler must have their own vehicle
  
• Perm address must be included in traveler profile
  
• current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association desired
  
• Excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently.
