About the Position

Collaboration with the healthcare team to provide optimal patient care is essential. Patient safety and comfort must be prioritized throughout the shift. Effective communication with patients and their families is required. The role will involve thorough documentation and reporting of patient conditions. Participation in care planning and discharge planning is expected. The RN must demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment. Adherence to all policies and procedures is mandatory. The position requires continuous assessment of patient needs and timely intervention. Flexibility and adaptability to changing environments will be key to success in this role. Compliance with all safety regulations and practices is necessary.
