Whether you're starting out or leveling up, Academy is a place where fun can’t lose!**Education*** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Marketing, Artificial Intelligence, Information Systems, or a related discipline.**Work Experiences*** 5+ years of experience in product ownership or product management within Oracle Financials or similar platforms, preferably including Oracle Fusion, EPM, ARCS, FCCS, EPBCS, EDMCS, and OIC.* Experience defining and managing product roadmaps for financial solutions.* Proven experience working with cross-functional teams, including vendors, developers, business stakeholders, support teams, integration teams, and solution or system architects.* Experience with Agile and waterfall delivery methodologies and backlog management tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps.* Experience translating business requirements into BRDs and technical specifications.* Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.* Experience managing stakeholder expectations and delivering high-impact solutions.* Retail experience preferred.**Skills*** Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.* Ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.* Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau, as well as SQL.* Experience with product lifecycle management and user story creation.* Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams.**Responsibilities*** Define and maintain the product vision and roadmap for financial systems initiatives.* Gather and prioritize requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into actionable user stories.* Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of system improvements.* Evaluate quarterly releases and recommend features and enhancements for implementation.* Manage the product backlog and lead sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.* Monitor product performance and user feedback to support continuous improvement.* Ensure alignment with enterprise data governance, compliance, and security standards.* Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to identify opportunities for innovation and automation.* Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions to enhance accounting and financial processes.* Contribute to a culture of innovation and experimentation through cross-functional collaboration.* Partner with vendors and external experts to evaluate and implement emerging technologies.* Responsibilities may change; team members may be required to perform other duties as assigned.**Physical Requirements & Attendance*** Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties.* Adhere to company work hours, policies, procedures, and rules governing professional staff behavior.* Regular office attendance is required.
