H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a Lead Agent Engineer, Operations Excellence Enablement to design and deliver automation and AI-enabled solutions end-to-end. You will work with business partners to translate problems into actionable designs and personally build the solutions using enterprise low-code platforms, APIs, and ML capabilities. This role combines hands-on delivery with architectural guidance, ensuring production readiness, security, and scalability while promoting best practices and #J-18808-Ljbffr H&R Block, Inc.
