Cranston Store Leader: Team, Service & Operations

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our Cranston location. This is a hands‑on role for a leader who knows how to keep a retail environment running smoothly, from supporting the staff to ensuring our local customers have a great experience every time they walk through the door. What the Job Involves Managing the Team: You’ll lead the Cranston staff, which includes hiring, training new members, and handling the weekly scheduling and performance reviews. Customer Relations: You’ll be the face of the store, ensuring high service standards and resolving any issues that come up with professionalism. Inventory & Operations: You’ll monitor stock levels, order merchandise, and make sure the store remains clean, organized, and fully compliant with safety and company policies.
