What You'll Do

• Provide skilled nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and care plans
• Assess, monitor, and document resident conditions and changes
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure high-quality resident care
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and team members
• Respond to resident needs and emergencies in a timely and professional manner
• Support a resident-centered environment that promotes dignity, independence, and well-being
• Ensure compliance with state regulations, company policies, and nursing standards

PRN Requirements

• Must work a minimum of four (4) shifts per month
• Must work at least one (1) weekend shift per month
• Must complete at least one (1) observed holiday shift per calendar year

Required Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• Minimum one (1) year of nursing experience required
• Ability to comprehend and perform oral and written instructions and procedures
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with older adults
• Experience in assisted living, long-term care, skilled nursing, or senior living settings
