Occupational Therapist (OT) – PRN Home Health

If you're an Occupational Therapist who values flexibility without compromising quality of care, this role gives you the autonomy to work independently while still having strong clinical and administrative support.

• Set your own PRN schedule
• Provide one-on-one care in patients' homes
• Earn additional compensation through COTA oversight
• Focus on meaningful patient outcomes—not productivity quotas

What You'll Do

• Complete in-home evaluations for pediatric and adult patients
• Develop individualized treatment plans and functional goals
• Supervise COTAs and review documentation for accuracy
• Provide follow-up visits as clinically appropriate
• Collaborate with the care team to support patient progress

What You Need

• Active Texas Occupational Therapist license
• Minimum 1 year of OT experience
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible caseload

What You'll Get
