New Car Sales Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven New Car Sales Manager with proven Ford experience to lead and grow our Ford sales operation. This is a performance-based leadership role designed for a high-impact professional who understands how to drive volume, maximize gross, and develop a winning sales culture.

This is not a passive management position. We are looking for a hands-on leader who will actively engage in the sales process, support the team on the floor, and consistently move the needle.

Compensation is directly tied to performance. High producers will be highly compensated.
Key Responsibilities

• Drive new Ford vehicle sales volume and profitability
• Desk and structure deals effectively and efficiently
• Manage and work CRM daily to ensure follow-up and appointment activity
• Take showroom opportunities and assist with customer TOs as needed
• Set, confirm, and manage appointments
• Train, coach, and hold the sales team accountable to performance standards
• Maintain strong knowledge of Ford incentives, programs, and inventory strategy
• Create a high-energy, performance-focused showroom environment
• Collaborate with ownership and executive management to achieve growth objectives

Work Schedule & Expectations

• Consistent early mornings and late evenings
• 6 days per week, sometimes 5
• High visibility and active presence on the showroom floor

This role requires a strong work ethic, availability, and commitment to growth.
Qualifications

• Required: Prior Ford sales management experience
• Demonstrated success increasing new vehicle volume and gross profit
• Strong desk management and deal-structuring ability
• Proven leadership and team-building skills
• Competitive, goal-oriented, and performance-driven mindset
• Ability to lead from the front and set the tone for the team
