Accountant Position
LVIS Corporation is on a mission to transform neurological care through AI-driven software. Our platform helps physicians process large-scale EEG and neurological data more efficiently, improving diagnostic speed and patient outcomes. We are a global team with headquarters in Palo Alto, California, and an office in Seoul (Gangnam), working at the intersection of healthcare, AI, and scalable cloud systems.
We are seeking a versatile Accountant to manage core accounting functions and support day-to-day business operations. This role is designed for a detail-oriented professional who takes pride in maintaining high standards of financial accuracy and operational efficiency. You will have a high degree of autonomy in managing your workflow and will play a critical role in supporting our internal infrastructure.
This position offers a unique balance of hands-on accounting responsibilities and general business operations, making it ideal for someone who enjoys a varied workday and wants to be a key contributor within a streamlined, professional team.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Accounting: Own Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and vendor management.
- Payroll & Benefits: Execute semi-monthly payroll and assist with employee benefits administration.
- Monthly Close: Lead the month-end close process, including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Quarterly Financial Packages: Help prepare quarterly reporting packages.
- Compliance: Manage expense report auditing and ensure all financial records are organized and audit-ready.
- Operations Support: Support day-to-day business operations, administrative coordination, and general office management as needed.
