Director Operations & Maintenance - Willingboro Municipal Utilities Authority Under direction, plans, coordinates and directs operations, repair and maintenance and/or construction activities of a system of sanitary or combined sewage collections and treatment facilities and/or water treatment and distribution system. Reports To: Executive Director Full-time Salary Range: $103,900.00 - $150,000.00 Brief Description of Duties Plans, coordinate and directs the operation, repair, and maintenance of one or more water treatment and/or sewage collection and treatment facilities: may also direct and coordinate installation and expansion activities. Coordinates the activities of various departments. Meets with other agencies administrative personnel and experts in the field to revise, prepare, clarify policy issues concerning operations of water treatment and/or sewage collections and treatment facilities. Meets with governmental officials on regulations, inspections and other issues making sure in compliance. Responsible for safety and training of all employees in various departments. Requirements Bachelor's degree in business, public administrations, project/construction management or environmental, civil or sanitary engineering. 3-5 years of experience with oversight of sewer and water systems operations program and operations or related municipal utilities or public works.
