Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer at a busy retail distribution location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support access activity with strong customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $16.26 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon06:00 AM - 02:00 PMWed06:00 AM - 02:00 PMFri06:00 AM - 02:00 PM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site‑specific procedures, access activities, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting security‑related concerns and reporting them through proper channels. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including interior areas, loading and receiving zones, parking areas, and the perimeter, noting unusual activity and/or potential policy violations. Monitor entrances, exits, and assigned areas to help deter unauthorized access, support loss prevention efforts, and/or assist with traffic and delivery flow at the location. Support daily operations by communicating with site contacts, following post orders, and completing required reports related to incidents, observations, and/or security‑related activities. Minimum Requirements: Alarm panel experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Access control and/or badge experience is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
