Clinical Director

Valeo Resources has partnered with a new substance use treatment facility set to open Q3 2025! We are currently seeking candidates for a full-time Clinical Director to join the team in Cherry Hill, NJ ! In this role, you will be overseeing the day-to-day clinical operations of a PHP/IOP facility treating adults suffering from substance use and co-occurring disorders.

Location : Cherry Hill, New Jersey



Schedule : M-F, day shifts (Full time - W2)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for building, implementing and overseeing clinical programs
• Oversee all clinical staff, involved in interviewing and hiring clinical staff
• Ensure clients are receiving quality treatment
• Will maintain a small caseload while program is in growth stages
• Work with compliance to maintain Joint Commission Accreditation

Requirements:

• Independently licensed in state of New Jersey (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LCADC, etc.)
• 3+ years of leadership experience in a mental health or substance use treatment setting
• Must be comfortable with start-up environment
