Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Multi-Disciplinary Teams: Work hand-in-hand with Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Speech Therapists, doctors, and nursing staff to provide holistic patient care.
  • Guide Patients and Their Families: Educate about therapeutic techniques to aid in continued recovery at home.
  • Track and Document Patient Progress: Monitor clinical results and refine treatments as necessary to help patients stay on track.
Education Requirements
  • Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Encouragement for ongoing education or postgraduate certifications
Licensure and Certification
  • Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
  • NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
