Senior Network Engineer

Salary: $100,000 - 150,000 per year Requirements:

• At least 10 years of advanced network design, implementation, and support experience
• Experience in working directly with customers on-site with some travel in Southeastern Wisconsin
• Proficiency with Firewall and security appliances (e.g., Fortinet, Cisco, Palo Alto)
• Knowledge of switches and routers (HPE/Aruba, Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper)
• Familiarity with wireless access points and controllers (HPE/Aruba, Cisco, Fortinet)
• Understanding of NAC solutions (HPE/Aruba, Fortinet, Cisco)
• Experience with ZTNA and VPN technologies
• Knowledge of Storage Area Networks (iSCSI SAN architecture)
• Ability to manage day-to-day network administration
• Strong organizational skills and capacity to juggle multiple projects
• High attention to detail for all project tasks
• Exceptional interpersonal abilities for effective communication across the organization
• Strong written and verbal communication, follow-up, and presentation skills
• Desire to learn and keep up with emerging trends and technologies

• Lead large-scale network transformations and multi-site deployments
• Ensure strategic continuity for current and future clients through planning and technical guidance
• Act as a technical resource for the team, addressing complex network challenges
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to facilitate seamless project implementation
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for networks and projects
