About the Role
Burger King is hiring a General Manager to lead all aspects of restaurant operations in Omaha, NE. This role owns the overall performance of the restaurant, including sales, profitability, staffing, and guest satisfaction, and is ideal for an experienced leader ready to run their own location.

What You'll Do

Oversee all restaurant operations, staffing, and daily performance
Recruit, hire, train, and develop Assistant Managers, Shift Managers, and crew
Set and manage schedules, labor budgets, and cost controls
Drive sales growth and profitability, meeting financial and operational targets
Ensure full compliance with food safety, health, and safety regulations
Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve escalated customer concerns
Conduct performance reviews and manage employee relations issues
Analyze P&L statements and implement plans to improve results

What We're Looking For

2+ years of General Manager or multi-unit restaurant management experience preferred
Proven track record of managing P&L, labor, and inventory costs
Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree a plus
