- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Master's degree or HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HR Business Partner role supporting multi-state operations.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR practices in Western states (California, Colorado, Hawaii, Oregon, and Washington state experience required).
- Experience supporting large, dispersed workforces across multiple locations and functions.
- Able and available to support operations that are open 7 days a week, including holidays and after hours.
- Possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License with an impeccable driving history.
- Adherence to residency requirements facilitating work in the United States.
- Provide proof of Auto Insurance/Insurability.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build trust with leaders and employees.
- Skilled in conflict resolution, employee relations, and change management.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Paycom, Workday, or similar systems is a plus.
