Universal Health Services - - Responsibilities: Answer and respond to incoming telephone calls promptly and in a pleasant, courteous and clear manner; Direct calls to the appropriate party; Represent the hospital and deliver high quality customer service to visitors in the lobby; Provide and collect registration paperwork and conduct quality checks every 15 minutes for all potential patients; Manage the reception cash box by performing a reconciliation at beginning and end of shift, selling meal tickets, and documenting cash transactions
