What You'll Do You will meet with clients and present tailored roofing, siding, and window solutions, including soffit, fascia, and gutters. You will guide clients from first conversation to signed deal, maintaining confidence at every step. You will be available to meet clients during evenings and weekends to maximize earning potential. Compensation First-year earning potential: $150,000+ for reps who consistently close. W-2 position with paid, structured training to start — plus commission if earned during that period. After training: straight commission at 8%, uncapped — each signed deal carries real earning weight. Top performers earn well into six figures, year over year. You read rooms, ask the right questions, and guide conversations without being pushy. When you say you'll do something, you follow through. Most importantly, you believe your effort and results should be rewarded and are motivated by opportunities where your income reflects your performance. No construction background required. A drive to succeed and close deals is essential. Who We're Looking For Proven ability to build rapport and consistently close sales; top performers strive to close 50%+ of qualified appointments. Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic, prepared, manages schedule effectively, and can work independently. Sales or client-facing experience preferred; roofing or construction experience is not required. We provide comprehensive training. Excellent communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills. Comfortable working in a performance-based compensation structure where earnings reflect results. Competitive, coachable, and committed to continuous improvement while contributing to a collaborative team environment. Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Comfortable working at heights and able to safely access residential roofs for inspections and customer consultations. Physically capable of lifting and carrying 50+ pounds, including extension ladders and other equipment required for the job. Willing to work outdoors in varying weather conditions throughout the day.
