Bridal Stylist

Additionally, you will receive a $400 bonus for every referral hired, with no limit. Job Responsibilities: Welcome all customers with genuine, friendly enthusiasm over the phone and in person. Use all systems to manage the customer flow and deliver a 5-star customer experience. Prepare for customer appointments by reviewing customer profiles, favorites, and preparing a fitting room. Build relationships with customers by welcoming them to the store, asking questions, and listening to understand their expectations and needs. Strive to identify the perfect gown or dress in the customer's first three try-ons. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent degree. 1-2 years of prior retail experience in an apparel, service, or specialty store environment preferred.
