Medication Administration: Administer medications as ordered by physicians, adhering to established policies and procedures. Documentation: Accurately document patient care and treatment in accordance with facility policies and procedures. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other healthcare team members to ensure effective patient care and achieve desired outcomes. Requirements: Licensure: Currently licensed as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in the state of Texas. Education: Graduate of an approved Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) program.
