Compensation Hourly Wage: $17 - $30 per hour. Additional Compensation: Annual or Quarterly Performance Incentives. Premiums may be paid $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
