This is not just another pre-sales role; it's an opportunity to become a trusted advisor to our most strategic prospects and customers, architecting solutions that directly address their toughest challenges. In this role, you will be at the forefront, translating complex business needs into powerful, actionable stories that demonstrate how AiDASH's PreventionFirst Platform secures tomorrow through climate resilience and operational excellence.Our pending acquisition by Schneider Electric will accelerate our mission as we bring our combined offering to our joint customer base and deliver bigger customer outcomes than we could on our own.Location: Palo Alto, CA (hybrid/2 days per week in the office) OR USA, r emote (near a major airport)How you'll make an impact:* Discover and shape the story: Engage deeply with prospects to understand their business goals and pain points, then craft and deliver a compelling narrative that shows exactly how AiDASH's PreventionFirst Platform will solve their problems and deliver ROI* Win the technical sale: This could involve anything from solutions architecture deep dives that map out how our platform would integrate with mission critical applications, to using low-code tools to create and deliver highly tailored demos* Create tailored impact: Build and present customer-facing materials (slides, demos, business cases), that are deeply tailored and aligned with our product roadmap* Drive results across teams: Rally cross-functional AiDASH teams to develop polished proposals that win new business* Be the expert: Guide customers through technical questions and challenges, leveraging your deep knowledge of our platform and the competitive landscape* Shape the future: Partner with Product team to ensure customer insights directly influence our roadmap* Stay ahead: Continuously learn about industry trends and competitor offerings to keep AiDASH at the cutting edgeWhat we're looking for:Competencies* Consultative approach to understanding customer's business, goals, and challenges and how to partner with them to use our technology to achieve their business outcomes* Solutions-oriented problem solver who gravitates towards the \"art of what is possible\" even in ambiguous situations* Strong technical skills that allow you to configure tailored demos with low/no-code tools and have productive solution architecture discussions with clients* Exceptional storyteller who can craft and deliver a compelling narrative that resonates with both executives and frontline workers through live discussion, slides, and written documents and proposals* Strong, detail-oriented project management skills that enable you to lead cross-functional teams on key account initiatives and meticulously track details across a diverse project portfolio* Agility to thrive in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environmentBehaviors* High ownership and commitment to delivering high-quality work* First principles thinking that helps you arrive at the right answer in dynamic situations* Strong team player, comfortable working with cross-functional internal and external teams* Self-motivation that helps you persevere in the face of adversity* High level of curiosity that enables you to learn quickly* Coachabality and a drive to continuously uplevel your skillsExperience* 8+ years of work experience, including in a technical domain* At least 2 years in a customer-facing role* Critical infrastructure industry experience preferred, but not requiredWhat you'll love:* Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision Coverage: 100% coverage for employees and 80% for their spouses and children* Health Reimbursement Account (HRA): 100% funded by AiDASH to cover medical deductibles* 401(k) Plan: Begin contributing after two months of employment to prepare for your future.
