We offer transparent, straightforward compensation with no confusing sliding scales.

* Guaranteed hourly wage or commission option
* Daily cash payout of credit card tips
* 20% retail commission on all product sales
* Stylists and barbers commonly earn $60,000–$80,000+ annually
* Leadership roles have earned up to $100,000
* You control your income potential

We’ve introduced two new ways for stylists and barbers to earn more:

* *Hiring bonus program:* When a stylist or barber helps bring someone onto the team, they earn a share of that new hire’s production for 18 months.
* *Quarterly growth bonus:* When a shop grows beyond the previous year’s performance and hits set milestones, The Barbershop shares 50% of the profit from that growth with the team. Across our locations, there is $312,000 available in bonus opportunities.
