Schneller

Are you a warehouse pro who takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly?

We're looking for a sharp, safety-first Supply Chain Associate to join our manufacturing team.

If inventory accuracy, ERP systems, and forklift operation are your strengths - we want to hear from you.

WHY JOIN OUR TEAM?
  • Stable, full-time position with a growing manufacturing company
  • Work in a supportive team environment that values safety and continuous improvement
  • Opportunity to build on your skills and grow within our supply chain organization
  • Competitive compensation and benefits package
WHAT YOU'LL DO

You'll be at the heart of our warehouse and supply chain operations - keeping inventory accurate, materials moving, and processes sharp. Day to day, you'll:
  • Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently throughout your shift
  • Maintain safe, clean, and organized work areas - warehouses, point-of-use, non-conforming, experimental, and supply inventories
  • Organize warehouse storage locations to optimize efficiency, space utilization, and FIFO consumption
  • Receive and verify incoming raw materials, components, and supplies against purchase orders and packing slips
  • Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to keep our numbers tight and production running on time
  • Enter and maintain accurate inventory records in our ERP/MRP system
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and receiving issues quickly
  • Maintain accurate documentation to support quality receipt of products
  • Assist team members with daily operational tasks and project coordination as needed
  • Apply knowledge of shipping and receiving practices for loading and unloading various carrier types
  • Handle transportation documentation, labeling, packaging, and shipping materials
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to increase inventory accuracy and operational efficiency
  • Perform other projects and/or responsibilities as required to support business goals and objectives
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • 3+ years of hands-on warehousing experience, including safe forklift operation and FIFO systems
  • Intermediate computer skills for data entry and report generation (MS Office, barcode systems, ERP).
  • Expert warehouse knowledge with sharp attention to detail - you catch discrepancies before they become problems
  • A true team communicator - you keep people informed, collaborate across shifts, and make the whole team stronger
  • A continuous improvement mindset - you don't just spot problems, you help solve them
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Must be eligible for required US government export authorizations (ITAR/EAR compliance)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This is an active, hands-on role. You'll be on your feet most of the day in a manufacturing environment. You should be able to: lift up to 50 lbs frequently, stand and walk for most of an 8-10 hour shift, and operate a forklift for extended periods. Accommodations are available for qualified individuals.
