Wage: $15.00+ per hour, based on experience

What You'll Do

• Create a warm, inviting, professional, and safe environment for Residents and guests.
• Welcome visitors, provide information and directions, and connect guests with the appropriate personnel.
• Answer and direct incoming telephone calls, take messages, and assist callers efficiently and courteously.
• Facilitate communication using two-way radio systems with Team Members throughout the community.
• Stay informed about Willow Valley Communities resources, publications, and intranet updates to assist Residents, guests, and callers.
• Ensure key boxes remain secure and key issuance procedures are properly followed.
• Support the Resident move-out process by accepting keys and processing associated documentation.
• Serve as backup support for emergency phone calls, Simplex system alarms, and emergency communications.
• Coordinate communication with the Manager on Duty, Maintenance Team Members, Team Leaders, and department representatives as needed.
• Process reservation requests, changes, and cancellations.
• Assist with transportation scheduling, reservations, and communication for WVC transportation services.
• Submit maintenance requests for WVC properties and Residents.
• Submit IT service requests for WVC computers and phones.
• Utilize Microsoft Office and learn additional software, databases, and web-based applications.
• Receive, sort, and distribute USPS and internal mail.
• Collect, sort, and notify Residents of package arrivals.
• Operate copiers and fax machines and ensure supplies are adequately stocked.
• Secure and maintain the safe, process service payments, and reconcile daily cash box receipts.
• Prepare memos, letters, schedules, correspondence, reports, and other requested documents.
• Follow established Concierge Desk procedures and daily operating practices.
• Perform a variety of clerical duties, including copying, scanning, faxing, and collating materials.

Qualifications

• Experience using Microsoft Office.
• A high school diploma or GED and six months of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Schedule Options

• Part-Time Option 1: Every Monday 4:00 PM-8:00 PM + Every other weekend and every other holiday
• Part-Time Option 2: Every Friday 4:00PM-8:00PM + Every other weekend 2:00PM-8:00PM and every other holiday
