A leading hospitality group is seeking an executive chef to drive excellence in kitchen operations and culinary standards. Executive Chef Benefits & Compensation Competitive base salary with performance-related incentives Paid time off and holiday benefits Opportunities for professional growth and continued development Supportive, team-oriented work environment Executive Chef Requirements & Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in food service management or assistant management roles Proven leadership and team development skills Physical ability to stand for up to 5 hours and lift up to 50 pounds Willingness to work 50–60 hours per week Executive Chef Preferred Background & Skills Seafood experience is highly valued Experience training sous chefs and kitchen managers Strong financial acumen with experience in kitchen budgeting and cost control Executive Chef Day-to-Day Responsibilities Oversee food production quality and ensure operational standards are consistently met Train, coach, and review the performance of sous chefs and the kitchen team Analyze financial reports and adjust operations to meet profitability goals Conduct regular meetings with kitchen management to drive engagement and efficiency Ensure compliance with all labor, health, and safety regulations Manage kitchen shifts and maintain high standards of service and cleanliness If you are a strong operator, a proven leader, and ready to play a key role in a culture-driven culinary team, we encourage you to apply. #J-18808-Ljbffr
